Taylor Swift May Be Returning to Her Country Roots!

Hey guys! I know we have all heard that Taylor Swift may be coming out with a new album soon, but did you ever think that it could be a country one?

At the Country Music Awards Wednesday night, Taylor presented the Entertainer of The Year. In her opening speech, she talked about how important country music was to her and reflected on how far she has come as an artist since she first began writing songs in Nashville. She seemed really passionate as she discussed how honored she was to be there presenting these amazing country artists with their awards.

Although she has been "gone" for three years, Taylor never really left because it seems like she is always involved in the latest celebrity gossip. She has also been in the news lately for music reasons.

First of all, she wrote a song for a country group, Little Big Town, called Better Man. Not only does this bring massive exposure to this band but it also reveals that Taylor has not strayed too far from her country roots.

Also, the fact that she was even asked to present awards at the CMAs seems to tell us that Taylor isn't giving up on her country styled music. Maybe her new album is late because she's trying to incorporate country music into her new pop sound!

I have to admit, I do miss her old music. Don't get me wrong, her new album was incredible. But her original album has many songs that I still listen to today at times. It was so pure and unique. You could tell that it showed us her true self before Hollywood began to influence her. Like I said, there's nothing wrong with her music style now. It's just so different from when she first started out.

If you think Taylor Swift doesn't have anymore surprises up her sleeve, you can try again!

Do you think Taylor is finished with country music forever, or will she go back to her roots? Let me know in the comments below!
